Each selected project shows how the photography responds to the architecture, light and surrounding landscape. That can mean preserving a city view through glass, returning for the twenty-minute twilight window, or using an aerial frame to explain a hillside lot that ground-level photographs cannot.

Drone coverage can explain the lot, approach and view. Inside, the brief is often about keeping distant city or canyon detail visible through large areas of glass.

Coastal and Westside listings

Marine layer and window direction affect timing. When the view is the value, we plan around the light rather than forcing every property into the same appointment window.

Condos and access-controlled buildings

Parking, loading, elevator access and certificates of insurance can shape the schedule. We confirm those details before the day of the shoot whenever the building requires them.

Spanish, mid-century and new-build architecture

Different buildings need different restraint. The work stays consistent—straight lines, controlled color and honest proportions—without flattening the character that makes a property specific.
