Photography Style
HDR or Flambient?
For nearly every listing, our standard HDR workflow is the right choice. Flambient is available when difficult lighting, reflective finishes or premium interiors need extra control.

Recommended for almost every listing
HDR Real Estate Photography
$265+
Natural, clean listing photography with balanced windows and in-house editing.
This is the style behind the majority of the work in our portfolio.

For difficult light & premium interiors
Flambient / Flash
$400+
Flash-assisted capture for more control over mixed lighting, color and reflections.
Each finished composition can take roughly 3× longer to capture and process.

Pricing built around the work required
We do not stop at photo #25
We do not sell a fixed number of photos and then leave once the counter reaches a limit. We have delivered around 40 useful images from an 1,100 sq. ft. home and 100–120 images from larger 4,000–5,000 sq. ft. properties. We shoot every useful angle the property gives us without padding the gallery with repetitive frames.
Every image is edited in-house in our LA Studio
Many real estate photography companies send their editing to third-party teams overseas. We do not. The Pacific has a color. Southern California skies have a texture. Valley haze, coastal light and our warmer “whiskey” sunsets have a regional look. When those cues are replaced with the wrong ocean blue or an overly perfect cotton-candy sky, the photograph may look polished but it stops feeling like California. Our editors live here, see these conditions, and understand what belongs in the frame.
Experience changes how a room is photographed
Our team has worked on oceanfront homes, valley views, downtown views, Venice condos, Santa Monica bungalows, architectural heritage homes in Pasadena and everyday listings across Los Angeles. That experience tells us when a straight-on composition is stronger, when a corner tells the story better, when the view needs to dominate and when a difficult shot deserves more time.
The square-footage increase is not an arbitrary fee
An additional 500 square feet can mean roughly two bedrooms and another bathroom. That may create five to seven more useful compositions, plus additional time on site and additional editing afterward. That is what the extra $50 is paying for.
We are artists trying to make an honest living
We are not trying to turn every property into an oversized production or sell every agent every add-on. We price the work so we can spend the time required to shoot and edit it properly, keep the work in-house, and continue producing professional real estate media at a level we are proud to put our name on.
Cables & wires
TV wiring, computer cables, loose cords and other small visual clutter.
Minor exterior distractions
Small street marks, construction residue and other light cleanup where appropriate.
Small interior imperfections
Minor marks, awkward paper placement, small distracting items and presentation details.
Gallery-wide coverage
It is not charged per basic fix. The $100 applies to the entire delivered photo set.
Advanced Photoshop: large removals or scene changes, cars in a driveway, POD containers, large trash bins, furniture removal and similar work, are billed at $50 per image.
The little things are often what make a listing feel finished.
For $100, we go image by image and clean up the kinds of small distractions that are easy to miss on shoot day but obvious once the listing is online.
Optional Cleanup Service
The House Sauce
$100
One flat fee for unlimited basic cleanup across the entire photography gallery.
What Should I Order?
Match the media to the listing
More media is not automatically better. The right package is the one that explains what makes the property valuable without making the campaign unnecessarily expensive.
Typical condo or home
Standard HDR is the right answer for nearly every normal listing.
Photography from $265
Difficult mixed light / premium materials
Upgrade when flash control and color accuracy genuinely matter.
Flambient from $400
Typical single-family listing
Photos, Matterport and floor plan create a strong complete digital presentation.
Premium $395
View, hillside or large-lot home
Aerials establish terrain, lot context and the relationship to the neighborhood.
Drone add-on $150
Pool / architecture / lighting
Real twilight is strongest when the property has something meaningful to reveal after sunset.
Aurora $645
Vacant or visually unfinished listing
Add staging or House Sauce cleanup only where it improves the presentation.
From $30 / $50
Delivery & Revision Policy
What happens after the shoot?
24-Hour Delivery
Standard photography is delivered within 24 hours so the listing can keep moving.
One Revision Included
One round of revisions is included. We ask that all revision requests are sent together so our editing team can handle them in one pass.
Additional Revisions
If another revision round is requested after the included revision has been completed, the additional revision fee is $100.
Coverage
Los Angeles has its own visual language
Oceanfront light does not look like downtown light. A Pasadena heritage interior does not photograph like a Venice condo. Our pricing includes the local judgment needed to keep those differences believable.
This page is the pricing and services companion to our main Los Angeles real estate photography hub, where you can see our work and coverage across the city.
Oceanfront & coastal
Ocean color, marine haze and sky texture need to remain believable to Southern California.
Valley & hillside views
Distance, haze and elevation affect both exposure decisions and how the final scene should be edited.
Downtown views
Windows, reflections and mixed interior color can require more careful capture and post-production.
Architectural heritage homes
Older materials, wood tones, and mixed lighting are where experience, and sometimes flambient, becomes especially valuable.
Los Angeles real estate photography pricing questions
House of Pix standard HDR real estate photography starts at $265 for properties up to 1,100 square feet. Photography increases by $50 for every additional 500 square feet.
We do not set a maximum photo count. We photograph and deliver the useful compositions the property needs rather than stopping at a preset number.
HDR is our standard workflow and is appropriate for the overwhelming majority of listings. Flambient uses flash blended with ambient exposures and takes substantially longer per composition. It is most useful when premium materials, reflective surfaces or difficult mixed lighting require greater color and lighting control.
Flambient photography starts at $400 and increases by $100 for each additional 500 square feet.
No. Every House of Pix image is edited in-house by our California-based team.
A drone add-on to a photography appointment is $150 and typically produces around 8–12 aerial images. A standalone drone appointment is $265 and typically produces around 12–15 aerial images.
Matterport includes six months of hosting. Each additional six-month extension is $100.
Standard photography is delivered within 24 hours. One revision round is included; additional revision rounds are $100.
