Built around the listing
Show the property, and why its location matters.
Long Beach is not one visual market. A Naples canal home needs its water frontage explained. A California Heights Spanish Revival depends on preserved detail. A downtown condo has to make limited square footage, light, and view lines read clearly.

We plan the shoot around the property rather than applying the same shot list everywhere. Interiors are composed with level verticals and balanced window views; exterior timing is chosen around marine layer, orientation, and waterfront light. You receive polished files ready for the MLS, print, and digital marketing.

Local photography decisions
Different Long Beach properties require different coverage.
We account for the details that change a shoot here: older rooms with deep-set windows, downtown access and parking, coastal overcast, controlled airspace and the angle from which a bay or canal view becomes visible.
Naples, The Peninsula & Belmont Shore
Waterfront, canal and walk-street homes where exterior timing, aerial context and twilight can carry the listing.
Belmont Heights & Bluff Park
Spanish, Craftsman and period homes where proportions, woodwork and architectural details need careful composition.
California Heights & Bixby Knolls
Historic and suburban housing where curb appeal, lot context and original character matter.
Downtown, East Village & Alamitos Beach
Condos, lofts and compact plans where view lines, window balance and building access shape the appointment.
Drone planning before arrival
Long Beach airspace is checked by address
Long Beach Airport, the downtown waterfront and the Port create a more complicated flying environment than most Southern California markets. Our FAA Part 107-certified pilots check the exact location before the shoot and request authorization where available.
Waterfront and coastal properties
Aerial coverage may explain canals, bay frontage, beach proximity and lot orientation when permitted.
Airport and downtown areas
Flights may require LAANC authorization, operate under a reduced ceiling or be unavailable at the address.
Checked before the appointment
We confirm practical restrictions in advance rather than discovering them after arriving on site.

Schedule
Book online or call. Send the property address, approximate square footage, selected services and desired listing date.

Yes, when the property address and airspace allow it. We use FAA Part 107-certified pilots and check controlled-airspace requirements before the shoot. Some airport, downtown, and Port-area locations may require authorization, have a low altitude ceiling, or be unavailable for flight.
