In coastal areas like the Westside, the soft, overcast light from the marine layer is managed carefully to preserve color and avoid a flat look. Every Los Angeles listing we shoot is photographed by Moe Raja. He has been shooting property in this city since 2012. First for architectural firms around Silver Lake and Los Feliz, then for the listing agents who kept calling to ask who took the photos. He lives in Highland Park, works out of a car that is more lighting kit than car, and photographs roughly fourteen LA homes a week.
