The photographer agents recommend to other agents
"I have been working with House of Pix for several years and always enjoyed the consistency they have provided. Their team is very patient, particularly in the case of sellers who have children, pets, or who have homes that need a bit of rearranging prior to the photos. They never make clients feel rushed and always take the time to get the photos right."

"Super genuine, passionate about what he does, and has a really good eye for the little details most people miss. I’m definitely picky on shoots and can stress a little because I want to see every angle and basically jump behind the camera myself, but Moe is super calm and always makes sure my ideas are heard. You can tell he actually cares about the final result and isn’t just there to get in and out."

"The timing could not have worked out better. We ended up getting the property sold over the weekend, making it one of the fastest transactions I’ve had. Great photography, great pricing, and incredibly fast service. I’ll definitely be using House of Pix again for future listings."

"Most of my listings are around Pasadena, and one thing House of Pix does exceptionally well is photograph the older architecture in this area. Pasadena homes have so much character, detail, woodwork, natural light, and unique layouts, and they know how to capture that without making the property feel overly edited or losing what makes the home special. I honestly haven’t seen many other photographers, or even other agents’ marketing, present these homes in quite the same way."

"When I got the photos back, I honestly could not believe the quality. The images completely exceeded my expectations and, in my opinion, blew my original photographer out of the park. That experience completely changed who I use for my listings. I have been working with House of Pix ever since. Even better, that Beverly Hills property went on to sell at a record price, which made the whole experience even more memorable."

MORE THAN 30 YEARS BEHIND THE CAMERA
Meet the Photographer You’ll Want Behind the Camera
Moe began his photography career more than 30 years ago, capturing weddings, where reading the light and anticipating a moment became second nature. After moving to Southern California in the early 2000s, friends and family began asking him to shoot their listings. Those early requests grew into a specialty, bringing his experience with lighting and composition into the homes he photographed.
Moe embraced flambient photography early, blending flash with the room’s existing light, and developed a distinctive approach to 24mm compositions that gives architecture its space without exaggerating it. His real estate photography portfolio reflects decades of knowing where to stand, what to bring into focus, and when a small adjustment makes the shot. For the agents he works with, that experience comes with a calm presence and the confidence of having someone who cares about how their listings, and their name are represented.

Frequently Asked Questions
A standard photography shoot starts at $265, and the packages most agents book run $395 to $645. Luxury listings with video, twilight, drone, and a 3D tour come to $1,900. Price moves with square footage and how many services you bundle, not with the neighbourhood.
The edited gallery lands the next morning. Twilight and video take up to 48 hours because they require more post-production work. If you have a listing going live tomorrow, say so when you book. We hold a small amount of same-day capacity.
No. Most of our bookings run on lockbox or a gate code. If the seller is home that's fine too; we'll work around them and they don't need to leave.
Usually yes, and the answer depends on the address. Much of the LA basin sits under controlled airspace. LAX Class B, Hollywood Burbank Class C, and Santa Monica, Van Nuys and Long Beach each Class D. Flying commercially in any of it requires an FAA Part 107 licence plus an airspace authorisation, which we request through LAANC and normally receive in minutes. Send the address and we'll tell you before you promise the seller anything. A few pockets near the approach paths genuinely can't be flown, and it is better to know that in advance.
About 90 minutes for a 2,000 sq ft home. Add roughly 30 minutes for a floor plan or 3D tour, and plan for a separate window at dusk if you want twilight.
We reschedule at no charge. On the coast, the marine layer between May and July can hold until early afternoon. For South Bay and Westside listings in those months we build in a backup date when we book rather than after it goes wrong.
Yes, and that's a different brief. The goal is bookings, not offers. We have a separate Airbnb photography page covering how that shoot differs.
All of it, plus Orange County, Riverside and Lake Arrowhead. If you're outside those, ask, we travel for larger listings with no travel fees.
