Consistency matters when an agent is marketing multiple listings under the same brand. Pasadena work is photographed with the same approach from one property to the next: accurate geometry, natural color, controlled windows and enough detail to show what makes the home different.
That repetition also makes scheduling more practical. A heavily shaded Craftsman exterior does not get treated like an open Hastings Ranch lot, and a hillside mid-century property is not photographed on the same plan as a condominium near Colorado Boulevard.

The canopy sets the schedule, not the calendar
Bungalow Heaven, Madison Heights, Oak Knoll and the Lower Arroyo sit under mature protected trees that throw dappled light across front elevations for most of the day. There is a window early and there is twilight. Booking one of those two is worth more than any amount of retouching afterwards, and it is the first thing we ask about when an address here comes in.

Bracket depth is set by the decade, and the porch sets the floor
Three brackets handle a Hastings Ranch house with ordinary windows. Five to seven, hand-blended, for anything with a deep Craftsman porch, a wall of hillside glass, or dark oak against a bright opening. Running one recipe across both is how a gallery ends up uniformly grey. White balance is measured per room for the same reason, stained oak, plaster and Batchelder tile all pull in different directions.

Detail frames and corrected verticals are not extras here
Hardware, art glass, joinery, tile, original casements. In most Los Angeles markets these are a nice addition; in a landmark district they are the evidence that the restoration is real, and buyers look for them specifically. Coved ceilings, arched openings and beam runs also show keystoning immediately, and a period house with converging verticals reads as a cheap conversion rather than a preserved one.
